Scope of work
Striving to fulfill the client's objectives, we ensured the app's quality and functionality were paramount. Every feature and interaction was designed and developed to perfection. We used Agile methodology and modern development practices to achieve an optimal balance between user convenience, operational efficiency, and seamless parking management experience.
This phase was divided into three parallel streams of work, thoroughly designed to encompass both technical and business aspects of the project. We conducted UAE parking market research, user behavior analysis, parking operator requirements gathering, and feature prioritization to ensure the app meets the unique needs of UAE parking infrastructure and user expectations.
Created an intuitive and location-aware interface that simplifies finding and booking parking spots. Designed responsive layouts for iOS and Android platforms, implemented interactive maps with real-time availability indicators, and developed seamless payment flows. The design focuses on quick access, clear parking spot information, and minimal steps from search to booking confirmation.
